ENTRIES SOUGHT FOR DEMOLITION DERBY AT THE SOLANO COUNTY FAIR
Vallejo, CA – The final night of this summer’s Solano County Fair will end with a bang, or a crash, depending on your perspective.

It will be “the last car running” when the Demolition Derby returns this year, better than ever, on Sunday, July 15 in the Fair’s popular Sports Arena. The Derby action begins at 7:30 p.m. with pit gates opening at 3:00 p.m.

Presented by Northwest Sports, the Demolition Derby is scheduled to feature three qualifying heats with the top drivers advancing to a final championship heat. Cash prizes will be awarded in all heats, with the winner of the final heat receiving $1,000, a
giant trophy and, of course, bragging rights.

Entry forms for the Derby are available now at the Fairgrounds office and must be postmarked by July 2, 2007 to be eligible. The Solano County Fairgrounds is located at 900 Fairgrounds Drive in Vallejo.
